Derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;interface soign\u00e9e, les criminels blanchissaient discr\u00e8tement les fonds vol\u00e9s via les cryptomonnaies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chainalysis <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.chainalysis.com\/blog\/ghana-eoco-uk-nca-blockchain-analysis-case\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a partag\u00e9 des d\u00e9tails<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> sur cette affaire apr\u00e8s sa pr\u00e9sentation au Sommet mondial sur la fraude de l&rsquo;UNODC.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L&rsquo;affaire a d\u00e9but\u00e9 sur OKX, une plateforme d&rsquo;\u00e9change de cryptomonnaies mondiale.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les \u00e9quipes de conformit\u00e9 ont signal\u00e9 une activit\u00e9 suspecte li\u00e9e \u00e0 un pr\u00e9tendu programme d&rsquo;investissement et l&rsquo;ont signal\u00e9e \u00e0 Europol. Ce qui semblait \u00eatre des portefeuilles distincts s&rsquo;est av\u00e9r\u00e9 faire partie d&rsquo;une seule op\u00e9ration coordonn\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Au total, les enqu\u00eateurs ont identifi\u00e9 119,4 BTC, 93 ETH et 2,85 millions d&rsquo;USDT r\u00e9partis sur pr\u00e8s de 20 pi\u00e8ces et jetons. Une grande partie de ces fonds \u00e9tait pass\u00e9e \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9 par <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livebitcoinnews.com\/dogecoin-forms-massive-bullish-pennant-as-multi-year-breakout-nears\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">DOGE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre consolid\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Matthew Perfect, cadre sup\u00e9rieur au Centre national de lutte contre la criminalit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique du Royaume-Uni, a not\u00e9 que les analystes de l&rsquo;EOCO et de l&rsquo;ANC examinaient simultan\u00e9ment les m\u00eames donn\u00e9es blockchain. Une ordonnance judiciaire formelle a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue, garantissant le gel tandis que l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate<\/span> avan\u00e7ait.<\/p>\n<h2><b>15,1 millions de dollars saisis et restitution en cours<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apr\u00e8s la saisie, ComplyCrypto et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livebitcoinnews.com\/zodia-custody-secures-luxembourg-license-to-expand-stablecoin-services\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zodia Custody<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ont g\u00e9r\u00e9 la liquidation des actifs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Environ 15,1 millions de dollars ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9s sur un compte d&rsquo;exposition d\u00e9di\u00e9 au Ghana. L&rsquo;EOCO s\u00e9lectionne d\u00e9sormais les victimes et met en place un processus de restitution. Certaines personnes concern\u00e9es sont des citoyens britanniques, donc une partie des fonds r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s sera transf\u00e9r\u00e9e au Royaume-Uni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le directeur ex\u00e9cutif de l&rsquo;EOCO, Raymond Archer, a attribu\u00e9 aux outils de Chainalysis le m\u00e9rite d&rsquo;avoir aid\u00e9 les enqu\u00eateurs \u00e0 cerner le groupe d&rsquo;adresses li\u00e9 aux comptes frauduleux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Chainalysis a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que cette affaire marque un changement plus large dans la mani\u00e8re dont la lutte contre la fraude en cryptomonnaie fonctionne \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale.
