Het platform voldoet aan de vereisten van de bank op het gebied van risicobeheer, compliance en governance, aldus de bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dit is de eerste stap in het wereldwijde stablecoin-initiatief van Standard Chartered, aldus Circle. De bank zal het ook uitrollen naar andere markten. Toekomstige lanceringen zijn echter afhankelijk van goedkeuringen van toezichthouders en de marktvraag.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Groeiende vraag stimuleert adoptie van gereguleerde stablecoins<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De eerste lancering vond plaats via de DIFC-activiteiten van de bank in de VAE. De uitrol verstevigt daarmee de status van de VAE als gereguleerde hub voor digitale activa. Het kader voor digitale activa trekt nog steeds banken en blockchain-bedrijven naar de regio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ondertussen blijft de vraag naar gereguleerde stablecoin-diensten groeien. Financi\u00eble instellingen en grote bedrijven onderzoeken blockchain-betalingen.
